Finishing wheels - SA Abrasive wheels

SA finishing wheels are a new generation of abrasive wheels. They consist of three-dimensional nylons, impregnated with abrasive grains contained in synthetic resin. Several levels of coarseness, grains and densities are available. These finishing wheels enable you to finish and structure materials in a simple and uniform manner.

Unitised SA wheels
Unitised wheels consist of different layers of impregnated nylon film, ingeniously glued together and hot-pressed into solid plates with a controlled density, out of which wheels are punched.

Convolute SA wheels

Description:
Convolute wheels consist of impregnated tex nylon film, glued onto a hard core, which is wound layer-by-layer into a homogenous wheel with a controlled density.

Properties:
• Soft abrasive contact (comfortable work, less fatigue)
• Fixed uniform density (longer life, fixed shape, low level of dust development)
• Iron free (no contamination of the work piece)
• Flexibly adapts to work piece (prevents damage)
