Looking for a perfect alternative for the chemical pickling of your stainless steel and non-ferrous materials after welding? With the F-Line from our Rebel One unitized abrasives range, welding discoloration can be removed in 1 step!
PICKLING HAS ITS DISADVANTAGES
To begin with, the application of acids in pickling is a chemical process, which means that due to strict environmental regulations, you will probably have to call in an external partner. Pickling, of course, also requires thorough rinsing to repair the surface layer, and all-in-all, it costs quite some time and money. With the F-Line range, we have developed an environmentally friendly, cost-effective and time-saving alternative.
In no time at all, welding discolorations are removed. And, the open structure of this flexible and forgiving disc prevents caking, which means a longer service life and a lower total grinding cost. Thanks to its great flexibility even hard to reach areas can be finished. Plus, on top of it all, you get a beautiful finish for free!
The F-Line is also perfect for quickly and safely removing lacquers and coatings. Its supple yet aggressive action removes lacquers in no time, without damaging or deforming the underlying metal.
